I started transcribing the letters my Granddad sent home from World War 2 a while ago, and I’m wondering about making a side blog and posting them there? They’re not incredibly interesting because obviously they weren’t allowed to say certain things plus he probably wouldn’t have wanted to scare his family with certain realities, but maybe it would be of some interest? Would get me back into transcribing them anyway.
